I Was Glad When They Said Unto Me (Coronation Anthem) – C. Hubert H. Parry | Organ Solo

This is Aubrey Tucker’s (@AubreyTucker) arrangement of Parry’s glorious popular choral work and Coronation Anthem, ’I Was Glad’. A friend of mine who is getting married early next year requested an organ solo of this as her bridal entrance. So, I have happily obliged and decided I’d also record it for you here using the Billerbeck sample set by Sonus Paradisi (Hauptwerk). And some more good news—I’ve been given the all clear to record the wedding music so bits and pieces might appear on the channel in due course (a church and organ new to the channel!).
