LENTEN LITANY (Aus der Tiefe) – Phil Lehenbauer

This is @OrganGuyPhil’s latest composition, a meditative piece based on the beloved Lenten hymn, “Forty Days and Forty Nights”. The original hymn tune, “Aus Der Tiefe” (sometimes called “Heinlein”), serves as the foundation for this introspective work. I recorded this on the Willis organ at All Saints’ Anglican Church in Bodalla. The piece can serve as a simple meditation for those peaceful moments during the Lenten season.
