NINE LESSONS and CAROLS (2022) | Swell Vox & Lux Alba | St. John’s, Corowa
Many thanks to Rev. Peter Richards and Bishop Donald Kirk for allowing us to partake (for the third consecutive year) in this traditional Nine Lessons and Carols Service. The church is known as St. John’s, Corowa—a beautiful small town in rural NSW (Australia). This recording was made on December 10, 2022, at 6.00pm.
This year we formed a SATB choir with Lux Alba. Thank you to Rebekah Beall, Kelly Jarvis, Anthony Lee and Benedict Wilson for their contributions during the service and the rehearsals in the lead up. It was truly a enjoyable experience and I hope we collaborate again in the not too distant future.
